PRIVACY POLICY
Sacramento Structural Solutions (the "Site") is a referral marketplace. We connect homeowners with independently-licensed crawl-space and structural-repair contractors. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under California law.
Information we collect
From you. Name, phone number, email address (if provided), street address or zip code, and project details submitted via form or in calls.
Automatically. IP address, browser/device fingerprint, pages visited, dwell time, referring URL, approximate location.
Calls. Tracked numbers route through a third-party call-tracking provider. Calls may be recorded. A notification is played at the start of every call; continuing the call constitutes consent.
Cookies. Used for analytics, sessions, and ad-attribution where enabled.
How we use it
- Route your inquiry to one or more vetted network contractors who serve your area.
- Respond to questions, send follow-up materials, and improve the Site.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Who receives your information
Network contractors. Your contact details and project information are shared with one or more vetted contractors who serve your area and perform the relevant work. Each contractor maintains their own privacy practices.
Service providers. Hosting, analytics, call tracking, email, CRM. They process information solely to provide their services to us.
Legal disclosure. We disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the following rights:
- Know what personal information we have and with whom it has been shared.
- Delete personal information we have collected, with limited exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we don't sell, but California's definition includes sharing with contractors — opt out by emailing us).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Children
Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Retention
Lead records are retained for approximately 24 months. Deletion on request.
Security
Commercially reasonable safeguards. No transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are posted 30 days before taking effect.
