These Terms govern use of sacramentostructuralsolutions.com (the "Site"). Using the Site means you accept these Terms.
What the Site is
Sacramento Structural Solutions is a referral service — a directory of independently-licensed crawl-space and structural-repair contractors. We share your inquiry with one or more vetted network contractors who serve your area. The contractor handles quoting, contracting, and performing the work.
We do not perform structural, excavation, plumbing, or remediation work. All work is performed by the matched contractor, who is responsible for license and bond compliance, permits, code compliance, and the warranty of their work.
No professional advice
The Site's content (diagnostic, cost ranges, knowledge articles, calculators) is for general informational purposes. It is not engineering, contracting, legal, or financial advice. Confirm any structural decision with a licensed professional on site.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information. Communicate respectfully with contractors. Do not submit false information, scrape or harvest data by automated means, or attempt to compromise Site security.
Contractor relationships
Any construction contract is between you and the matched contractor. We are not a party to that contract, cannot enforce its terms, and cannot guarantee any outcome. We vet contractors on license, insurance, references, and credentials — that is a screening process, not a warranty.
Compensation disclosure
Network contractors compensate us for verified introductions, per FTC §255. This does not change the price you pay the contractor and does not influence the Site's editorial content.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Sacramento Structural Solutions or licensed to us. No copying, redistribution, or derivative works without written permission. Personal, non-commercial reading is permitted.

Total liability for any claim is limited to $100 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sacramento Structural Solutions and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your dealings with matched contractors, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts in Sacramento County or Yolo County.
Changes
Terms may be revised. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
