Vacaville's crawl-space work is split between older Browns Valley and Vintage homes (1960s–1980s, high water tables near the wash) and newer Cheyenne / Lagoon Valley subdivisions (mostly drainage and grading). The Solano County water table on the southwest side of town means encapsulation almost always pairs with drainage in older neighborhoods.
